(29/03/23) Relief Fund Support - Updates on FTX issue Hello, this is Team XPLA. We would like to update you on the latest news regarding the FTX issue. As the legal process of FTX's petition for bankruptcy is currently ongoing, emails are being sent out sequentially from the Kroll containing the ‘Unique Customer Code’ and the names and quantities of tokens owned by Holder, who has assets in the FTX exchange. These emails are expected to be sent out by 31 March (UTC), and if you haven't received them, please check your spam mailbox. If you still haven't received the email after the deadline(31 March), please contact 𝐅𝐓𝐗𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨@𝐫𝐚.𝐤𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦 <The confirmed email subject> FTX - Your Scheduled Claim Information and Unique Customer Code. If you have received the email, please do not share or reveal your ‘Unique Customer Code’ and the amount of tokens held to anyone outside. The code is included in the publicly available list of claims in the PDF file, and it will be one of the means of verifying ownership for the future process of ‘Relief Fund Support’. Please be aware that if your code is exposed outside, it may cause difficulties in the entire support process. In addition, there have been illegal scam activities that have recently taken advantage of our willingness to support. CM will never send private messages(DM), so please be careful not to become a victim of such scams. Depending on the progress of the situation, we will inform our Pilots through the community next week about the next step of the process. Thank you.
