When you first submit your documents, a copy of your response will be sent to you via email. If there are no additional requirements for your documents, you will not receive any further emails.
We kindly request you to carefully review the contents below as there has been limited responses to our emails requesting for additional information.
2. (📢Important📢) If there are any additional requirements for your documents, we will contact you through the official email. There have been cases where some individuals have not responded to our emails or have not checked their inboxes regularly. Additionally, some emails we sent have returned back due to inactive email accounts or insufficient storage space. It is important to regularly check your inbox and its status to ensure smooth processing of your submission.

3. When submitting your documents, please refer to the following:
- For the [Statement and Warranty on Proof of Ownership] document:
✔️Please ensure that all required fields are completed without any omissions.
✔️Please include your name and signature at the end of the document.
- For submitting email download files (extension .eml):
✔️Please submit the file in the original .eml format as downloaded.
✖️Forwarded emails or saving as PDF will not be accepted as valid submission.
- For submitting the file of your ID card and email text:
✔️Please ensure that all contents are clearly identifiable in the photo or video.
✔️Both sender and recipient information must be identifiable.
✔️If taking a screenshot is difficult, you can submit a video.
✖️Submissions with unclear recipient information or low-quality images that are not identifiable will be rejected.
- For submitting XPLA quantity:
✔️Please accurately enter the quantity of XPLA holdings as stated in the email from Kroll. Include decimal points up to the last digit.
