This is Team XPLA.
We would like to share the latest update on the FTX situation.
Team XPLA has investigated various possible routes to find a way to support our Pilots concerning the FTX situation.
Unfortunately, it was challenging to draw a consequential result due to the FTX’s undergoing bankruptcy.
Team XPLA is considering one of the alternative approaches, which was shared in the announcement previously, trying for a ‘Governance Proposal.’
However, this needs to be preceded by checking and verifying the holdings of $XPLA for each holder at FTX.
Therefore Team XPLA expects it to be commenced when we can finally obtain accurate information on the aspects mentioned earlier, even during the FTX’s bankruptcy proceedings.
We will keep an eye on the process of FTX’s legal procedures and continue looking for other alternative courses of action within the boundary permitted by laws.
