(Important) Submission of Proof of Ownership for ‘Relief Fund Support’ This is Team XPLA. We're here to inform you about the next procedure, which entails gathering data on ownership proof for the FTX issue. There is a two-month period from March 10, 2023 to April 23, 2023 for submitting a proof of ownership application, information for collecting your proof of ownership. (Date and time based on UTC) - Verifying the proof of ownership on the FTX issue using each person's evidence is the first step in the information-gathering process. In spite of the fact that it is challenging to identify the data, Team XPLA has decided to advance the claim date as a backup in case the legal holdup caused by the bankruptcy proceeding delays the proof of ownership. - Collected data from the information-gathering step is not the final data submission step for the support. We may request additional data if needed. - If the objective proof of ownership data can be preserved through the bankruptcy process of the court until 23 April 2023, we will prioritize these data as evidence material. We will also prepare the actual support procedure based on the evidence of ownership and the conclusion of a contract. - Since the submission date could differ based on the proof of ownership data, please read the following details. 1) Holders who can’t verify their ownership - If you have trouble submitting your data or if it is insufficient to show that you have $XPLA in FTX, there will be an additional submission based on a Relief Fund Support procedure. - Only the submission deadline will change, and a follow-up announcement will be made after April 23. 2) Holders who have the data of ownership that complies with the terms Proof of ownership data will only be submitted through email. Please take a look at the following form and the guide that was posted on our Medium. Additionally, a separate reply will be sent to holders whose ownership verification has been completed for legal contract support procedures.
